TEI Showcases Aviation Engines at TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland

TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland is being held at Gölcük Shipyard Command from August 20 to 23, 2026, with a focus on maritime and underwater technologies. The event is coordinated principally by the Turkish Ministry of National Defense and the Turkish Technology Team Foundation.

The programme includes competitions covering unmanned underwater systems, underwater rockets and unmanned surface vessels. It also features Turkish Navy vessel exhibitions, demonstrations by SAT, SAS and naval aviation units, and technology experience areas.

TEI’s Role in the Event
TEI has participated in TEKNOFEST as a stakeholder and competition organizer since 2019. Its presence at the Blue Homeland event connects its aviation engine activities with a broader technology programme covering maritime, defence and autonomous systems.

The exhibition also provides an opportunity to examine the relationship between propulsion engineering, component manufacturing and defence platforms, where engine reliability, manufacturing quality and integration requirements influence overall system performance.
